Virtually everywhere in london you will find nice prosperous well kept housing close to housing - in bad conditions for every "rough"street or wherever there is a well kept residencial area where homes are more expensive .Similarly for every "posh" area with posh streets there will be usually a not nice area just around the corner.
In conclusion is that no matter where you go in London you will find a contrast of both streets in the same area .
